Xscape Sales

I just came back from Best Buy after purchasing two sony headphones and it is bundled with an activation code for Xscape. So I got two activation codes and then now, I had a problem with purchasing it and so I had to return it and then buy it again and so I now I got 4 copies of Xscape! So would these codes count as a sale for Xscape? Pretty good way to boost the sales IMO if it did! Oh and the codes has two options, the boring MP3 files or FLAC 96kHz/24Bit that's available on a few selections of music websites

If Sony reported to Soundscan that the price is included in the headphones' price then it will count.

This sounds similar to Maddona's tour tickets being bundled with a code and people could redeem/download her album.
