Writers with a dry sense of humor?

I'm searching for writers who master dry sense of humor. When i write "dry sense of humor" i mean to refer to the kind of jokes you find in the book entitled "Pimp" written by Iceberg Slim, or jokes you find in the Guy Richie movies entitled " Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" and "Snatch".

What writer should i pick , what book ?
