Hello fellow MJJCers

Me and three friends are travelling to London to see Michael and as well as going to the show we would also like to go sightseeing. We figured it would be better to find a place that is close to all the tourist attractions rather than to the 02 as we would only be going to one show. This brings me to my question. Since we don't know London we don't know which places are considered close to the major London attractions. I would really appreciate it if you could give us names of streets that are close to places (by foot) or close to tube stations and names of hotels.

yes bayswater and hyde park are right in the centre. tbh it doesnt matter where u chose in the centre of london everywhere is easy and close to get to because of the tube.the hotel on finchely road though isnt right in the centre. stil leasy to get to on the tube but u arent right in the centre.that area is as u are going out of london.u cant walk to the main tourist places in the centre. but maybe cheaper cause its not right in the tourist area

Thanks throwing stones :)

We will look for hotels near Hyde Park

To be honest, it wouldn't really matter where you're staying in central london as everything is literally 5-10 minutes away via the tube! :)

camden is classed as being just on the north of london and the o2 is in south east but still very easy to reach from camden

I'm staying at the Euro Hotel. In central london near Kings Cross metro station but quiet area. Great value for money good reviews also on booking.com and tripadvisor. Larger rooms compared to same 3 star hotels in central London, prices include breakfast.

i am staying at the travelodge the docklands,it quite a fair price and not to far from the 02,its in east london.

Anyone going on 7 Jan? maybe can give me some advices about the hotel and meet up for sight seeing?

it will be my first time in London
