First we did a big charity run - and raised 3473,70€ for Make-A-Wish and a local children hospice!!
Then we walked through the city center, with a big truck in front of us, playing Michaels Songs - one hour long! People came to their windows, smiling, waving, following us...
Then we stopped in the heart of the city ("Augustusplatz" - market place) to show MJs music videos (Earth song, Heal the World, Man in the Mirror, Childhood, ....) and talked to the people about his humanitarian legacy - giving facts to the people who only know the "King of Pop".
11.30pm we had our candlelight vigil with the song "Cry" playing - see www.mjworldcry.com for more details concerning the World Cry Day - idea!
We truly felt that we made a change that day. And we reached out to a lot of passants, who came across and just stopped to listen to MJ, his music AND his message (we created german subtitles as well).
