Hey guys, share some hits off your work-out playlist...whether it be for the warm-up, cardio, strength training or cool-down...

Fast-paced songs really get me going when exercising -- "Wanna be Startin' Something", "Shake Your Body Down to the Ground", etc.

I'm creating a whole new playlist for my ipod and need some more ideas :)

one of my favourites is ghostbusters by ray parker junior. its so funky to workout too!

I find When the Music's Over and The End by The Doors to be great warm up, cool down songs :)

hmmm, I have an MJ playlist for workout- for the elliptical. I start slow with some stuff like the pyt demo, and get faster. Then I slow down a little bit, and by the time I get up to beat it-I'm really going!!!! lol

The hard, fast AC/DC songs are good to work out to. So is Def Leppard. I'm still exploring my options for other songs, but AC/DC sticks out the most. Slower songs by them, well, medium-paced songs, anyway, are good for warm-ups and cool-downs.
