Here is a picture of Wissam Al Mana and Eissa from march I think but do you think it is the lighting which makes his skin look like this? I have never heard anything about him having vitiligo. Cute kid anyway!

This is a not vitiligo. This is a bad lighting and poor quality of the photos.
