Hey kids how are you ? 
I'll try to make this clear. Basically, i have Windows Vista Home Basic and it is asking me to activate it. I have 2 days to do it. I tried but when i click on "type in another product key" and wait, all i see after a while is "error code: 0xC004E003". I sent an email to microsoft and received an email from them in which there was a phone number. I called but the automatic voice asked for an installation ID which i cannot get because of the aforementioned error code . I'm sick of this and i've decided to restore my computer to factory settings. Will it solve the problem ? I'll use my mp3 player memory card to keep some movies and songs but i'll lose a lot of files.
