wierd request from awesome amateur footage

i found this amateur footage but my speakers have blown so i cant hear it so i was wondering if someone doesnt mind if they can just tell me the song that Michael is singing at the start when he clicks his fingers and then what he says after it?

by the way i really love the amateur footage i think it sucks how they edit a lot of mjs concerts so we miss a lot of moves that he does and sometimes it takes away a little, only a little bit of the atmosphere of the concert. i still love this concert though one of my favourites!

He just sings a little snippet of Never Can Say Goodbye...I can't really understand what he SAYS though....It's hard to hear him...
