Michael Jackson, most likely, could not sleep because he was malnourished. Nurse Cherilyn Lee's nutrition treatment methods and records need to be thoroughly examined.
Why were the doctors he saw not treating him for this primary condition (Malnutrition)?
Dr. Murray was being paid to monitor Michael's health.
Both Lee and Murray were both hired by AEG. Instead, he was the victim of what appears to be a medical "homicide".
The other medical professionals Michael Jackson saw before allowed him to remain alive.
