Who sang the backing vocals on Xscape & A place With No Name ?????

I strongly believe those tracks (Xscape/Place with no name) were recorded at the same era.. everything, the style, MJ's Voice, even the drums...

my question is... did anyone notice the backing vocalist on both tracks is the same ???
if so , who do you think it is ??????

if thats the case, I would love to hear what MJ also recorded at the time period.. both tracks sound great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Both songs sound like MJ on backing vocals, with his voice layered. There may or may not be additional vocalists (like Unbreakable), but the bulk of the backing vocals are clearly MJ's.

same voice.. not sure who it is though

I'm beginning to suspect it is Dr. Freeze (since the vocals sounds similar to BOD) who seems to be a fine producer if that is the case.

Any ideas ?

I clearly hear MJ. It may be someone else singing with him, but I can clearly hear his voice singing harmonies, either with himself or someone else.

She was a really good singer.
