Who really controls MJ's estate?

Could someone with a better understanding of American law than myself try explain this to me:

I know Branca and Mcclain are going to control the MJ Trust in accordance with MJ's will but for how long??? I mean will they control his estate forever? When they pass on, who will control his estate then? Will MJ's children ever have a say in what happens with MJ's business affaris? Does anyone have any idea how the proceeds will be distributed?

Are the details of the trust kept secret?

What's in it for Branca and Mcclain - laweyers fees?
