Who else here likes Whitney? I think Whitney is such a phenomenal talent and I definitely think she's one of the best singers to ever hit the planet and my personal favorite female singer of all time. After Michael, she is the artist i'm rooting for the most as far as making a comeback goes. She's been through a lot and made bad mistakes as everyone know's but none of this takes away from the fact that she is a great singer and aside from Diana Ross, she is probably the "ultimate crossover" Diva.

I FLOVE Whitney Houston. That is my lady right there. She set a standard that is hard to follow. Not even Mariah comes close in my book. That voice is legendary.
 
Same here! I am really rooting for Ms Houston. I want her to blow everyone out of the water. Remind all these wannabe divas whose style they've been coppin'.
 
I think her voice is beautiful. I'm lookng forward to her coming back because her voice is much better than a lot of the R&B singers out today. She could beat them all in any competition :)

Michaels and Whitneys are the only ones I am waiting for..

There has been and will be a lot coming this year and next..
 
Whitney Houston is an amazing singer. I'm really rooting for her and am looking forward to her new album. I love so many of her songs.
 
Whitney is amazing, one of my all time favourite singers.
Even though somebody says that Leona Lewis etc. are new "Whitney Houston" I don't think they reach that high level which Whitney has.
It's a shame that her life have been going little down in last years..

To me she'll always be simply the most wonderful voice of my lifetime!
 
I love Whitney so much! There is a good reason why she is called the voice :) her vocal control and clarity is astounding :) I mean i am a huge fan of Christina and Mariah (probably more so than Whitney)...but when it comes to vocals Whitney wins hands down! she is just on another level.
so whats the news on her comeback?
 
I like whitney a lot her voice and style,and the fact that she's not afraid to stand up for herself and tell It like It Is '' which lets people know from the Jumpstart not to mess with her or hers ( family ) !!

I love her..her personality is great,and what a voice
the best vocals have MJ and Whitney

Before Whitney made released her own 1st album in 1985, she did some work as a background vocalist just like her mother Cissy. Here's a Kashif classic from 1984. You can hear her clearly around 3:10. No, that's not her in the video. :D

She is definitely one of the best singers of the past 20 something years and one of the best voices of all time!!!!!!
 
And IIIIIIIIIIIII will always love Whitney :lol:. Seriously though, shes one of a kind and one of my favourite female artists :D
