I'm confused on the location of this video and when it took place.

Now the title says heading to the white house. Now the clothes are the same, but look at his hair as hes getting into the limo, its very curly and wavy. But on his visit to the white house his hair was straight:

The only other place this could be is the CBS Records : Top Selling Artist Of The Decade award ceremony

or the The 7th American Cinema Awards.

I would maybe guess its the CBS records award becuase he has the sunglasses on like in the video.

But that was in the daytime and most of those things are held at night. Plus, I was wondering what the building was that he was coming from.
