Where is this pic from?

I was looking through some of my old files and I stumbled across this picture, I have no idea how it got there and I don't even remember saving it... but anyway, does anybody know where this picture is from?

I once found it on a website and the caption said it's Michael in his hotel room, dated Feb 07, 1984.

Aww he was talking about this in the Vanity Fair interview, I think. When he came to London in '84.

The picture is one of a few in J. Randy Taraborrelli's, Michael Jackson The Magic & The Madness. Underneath it is the caption stating that MJ told the photographer he had one frame and thats it.

It wasn't in London, the photo was taken in 1984 and Michael's most recent visit to London was in early 1983 for the BPI Awards (now called The Brits) and he didn't vist the UK again until the Bad Tour in 1988.
