I don’t know but from what I’m seeing, it look like Chuck thought LaToya was good lookin and wanted to kiss her? It’s weird that it’s next to Michael though and Chuck got his arm around Michael and Michaels face is like “Am I interrupting something.” Messy as hell.
It reminds me of that random photo of Magic Johnson kissing a teenage Janet Jackson.
