What happened to fainting fans?

I'm curious to know what happened to the many fans that passed out and were lifted over the barrier at Michael's concerts. I assume they had medical attention somewhere, but did they actually get to watch the rest of the show on screens somewhere? I'd hate to think they missed the whole thing..

I never fainted, but I was helped over the barrier once and as far as I could see people (including me) were just getting a little air and some water and was then back to watching the show... might be different for people who really fainted and were in a bad state, but someone else might be able to answer that ;-)
