I've been exploring some DAWs a little bit recently, can't recognize the one shown in this video, do you know?

According to the video at 0:05 is says Adobe Audition. Or what do you mean?

Oh right, thank you I had not seen the grey text at the bottom in the beginning of the video.

Had never checked Adobe Audition. And I though it was considered a sound editor, like Sound Forge, Wave Lab, Audacity... rather than a DAW. So I wouldn't have thought about it.
