yep, it was the AMA's, I got the clips of him winning all the awards and the achievement award that he won. He was sooooooo cute!!!!!! *SIGH*
 
Do any of you have footage of the 80's AMA's??? I have some very short pieces of the acceptance speaches and he was SO cute.
 
it was when diana ross gave him award at AMA 84 like u all said. She motioned a moonwalk when he came onstage and not to be outdone he did a little move too haha.

I don't have connections to put it up either.. I feel bad everytime ppl ask for footage and I have it but cannot share because it's not on my computer.
 
I think he's talking about a different event.

It's during the bad era, he's presented an award wearing a black blazer and a red undershirt..
