If you look at the end of that clip you will see that it says, 23h20 and it says ce soir that means tonight... it is possible that the bad tour 88 in paris was televised??.. Please comment!

If you read the YouTube info, it explains (in French) that this is a trailer for the documentary titled 'Michael Around The World'.

^^ yes, I think that's only a documentary about Michael's Bad Tour! and not only in Paris!

Looks like footage from the "Bad Around the World" documentary. I think you can download it in the multimedia section. Basically uses Yokohama concert clips and makes it look like they're from different cities around the world ... sometimes the audio is dubbed from 1988 shows. But still a pretty good special.
