Vitiligo?

I've had this pic saved on my computer for a while and just discarded it thinking it was just any old pic of Michael from the 70s.

However, upon recent closer inspection, I noticed that the color of the skin on his face is off. Is this the effects of vitiligo?

i dont think that the vitiligo was to that extent back then, this is before off the wall, i think this has been played with a lil
