Video blogging?

Has anyone here ever done this and if so how do you go about doing it?

I have a lot of things i want to ask via one of these "Vlogs" but i dont know how to do one.

All i know is you can record yourself on a camera or phooe , then connect it to your computer and put it in Windows Movie Maker save it to your comp and upload it to youtube
