Victory Tour Toronto

I as well as many others have seen snippets of the victory tour Toronto on youtube. The question is who has it and why tease us with a snippet if you're not going to upload it. We as a community would like to see a great quality victory tour concert. Please whoever has it please find it in your heart to share this wonderful concert. We as a community would be so thankful. We got our wish for a Bad concert now how about a Victory tour concert.

I have 3 Victory Tour Concerts. Dallas-"good" quality ,New York-bad quality and Kansas - "good" quality. There are all on Youtube.
Its the same with the Bad Tour. They wanna tease us and show that they have the Video Material, but i have no idea why they not gonna release the full material.
