Victory Tour In Paris 1984 Does It Really Exists?

I am searchin for the roots of rumour that there is a dvd with a The Jacksons' Victory Tour show in Paris, France..i read this title on some czech and spanish fansites and in vintage PIF comic book from 1984, but didn't found anything exact, any european dates from this tour, just northamerican..can it somebody explain?Thanks.

The Jacksons’ last tour, the ‘Victory’ Tour began on 6th July 1984 at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri (USA) and concluded on 9th December 1984 at Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles, California (USA).
At the time, this tour was the then-biggest tour any group had ever done and included 55 concerts with an attendance of over 2 million people.
The “Victory” tour reportedly grossed $75 million and set a new record for the then-largest grossing tour.

Yeah, the Victory Tour never left America. It was an America only tour of The Jacksons.

It makes no sense why this gets no DVD release..............concerts from the 60's get a good DVD release and this was in the 80's when every concert was being recorded.
