Victoria started the pledge of survival thread.
She is a caring member of team mjjc.
She explained why she would like to see everybody sign the pledge in the very first post.

Ppl...
of all our members 2960 active members, 207 active at this very moment... only almost 150 signed yet.

Yeah I know some of you have never even thought about harming yourself or even suicide... and some do not have any slightest doubt to survive this... SHOULDN'T IT BE EASY THEN TO JUST SIGN THAT YOU WILL NOT HARM YOURSELF OR COMMIT... if you want to, then pledge you would never... BUT HECK SIGN if you haven't done it yet.

It means going together through this... as far as I can overlook it the whole team mjjc has signed already... please can't the members follow as crystal clear as it might is for some of you... just sign.

And if you can't sign... then make it a topic... please talk.

It's great that us fans have somewhere to come and let out our grief where others understand what we're going through. Everyone should sign, it only takes a minute to sign in and write in the thread.
 
Honestly it doesn't even take you a minute! Then you can have all your life aside from this board you want.
And your opinion about ppl committing suicide is rrrrrrrrrrrrrreally not the point here!
This is not really meant to be up for discussion.
 
I'm like watching youtube...a little short notice, I'm sure when people get round to it they will sign.

it just doesn't make sense coming here anymore
I've been in shock so far but now it's starting to become real and overwhelming...I for one will stop visiting any MJ forums it's just too painful for me
 
Thank you Victoria for doing this. I think it was needed. I'm at a loss for words still, tears coming down even when I'm simply walking though the super market. This man inspired me so much...my heart-aches to think I could never know the actual MAN behind the persona. I really wish I had the honour to. It is something I will always regret.

It's a huge void in all of our lives, yet band together and continue to love a represent Michael in his memory. The performer has passed, yet his music lives on. The human being has passed, yet his fun-loving and sometimes child-like silliness, yet kind soul will live on in OUR hearts forever. God Bless all of you.

You're quiet right... it's not about me... or anyone in particular... it's for the spirit of this community. It means being there, for eachother, for the sake of keeping Michaels legacy.
I do not doubts anyones pain. I would never! We are all very much and deep lost in pain one way or another!
I'm sorry you feel it doesn't make sense to come here anymore.
Some ppl better deal with their pain alone, some need others helping them through... I so hope we'll all get through this.
And I think if we stick together, if we're willing too... then Michaels legacy has a good chance to go on and MJJcommUnity will go on also.
So I would like to see as many ppl as even possible to sign, that's why.

the thread has been cleaned of certain comments but i can still read them and it sickens me the lack of compassion that some people have.

each of us is more than a username on the screen...when you reply to something, remember that you are speaking to human beings. Some stronger than others but many, especially right now, are fragile. Spirits broken and confused ... compassion people, show some MF'ing compassion :zformation:

It's very hard for me i haven't harmed myself but some days i just feel like it but something always stops me. But i still i just feel so different since Michael died i mean literally i just don't feel the same inside.
