i found this on ebay:

This is a classic original Michael Jackson Thriller album with record in excellent condition signed by Michael Jackson. This particular album was signed by Michael Jackson at his hotel in Los Angeles, CA in October 2008. The signature is flawless and was signed respectively by Michael using a silver metallic paint pen. That pic is not mike from 08. It is mike from 01-03. I'm positive. You could tell from his nose, lips, and hair.
 
Not seen that Photo before, very intresting.
To me it looks more like 2002 from around the time Michael was in Harlem NYC doing a speech on "Racism in the music Industry".

In this photo Michael looks very well, is more fat than now and looks different than in 2008 ... :yes:

to me it also looks like from 2002-2003 when he had on a lil bit more weight then usually.lol
