Unreleased MJ song that MJJC advertised last year?

I remember back last year (not sure exactly what month) but MJJC were advertising to broadcast an unreleased MJ song. For some reason though it was scrapped and we never got to hear the song. Is it possible for MJJC to give us some information on the song that was meant to be broadcast and why it never happened?

It happened, but it was not a new song. It was Hollywood Tonight - Birchey Remix.
