So there is a new album coming from Janet Jackson. Worldwide release-day is Friday Octobre 2th.

In this thread you can post about chart-positions from album and the singles. First single No Sleeep had 2 weeks on Billboard Hot 100 with a peak on 63.

What do you expect how the album will chart in USA or in other countries? Still some days to talk about expections until we get results end of the next week after the first chart week.
 
Her album sells really well since the release date yesterday. Number 1 on US IT-unes currently and since yesterday and in other countries she is also doing well. Number 2 on world-day-itunes charts on the release-day.

On another note: What a incredible weak chart-week
. There will be sonn the time when Top 5-album will sell under 10000 albums.

^^how many did Xscape sell the first week? Janet is one of only 3 artists to have #1 albums in 4 decades.
Barbra Streisand and Bruce Springsteen are the others. I'm really sorry now that Xscape didn't make it.
 
Xscape sold about 160000 in the first week.
