Does anyone have a worldwide chart to show. I am very curious as to how Michael's sales are worldwide. He must have sold millions by now.

That's great! Thanks! If this is correct, we can try again next week to put him at number 1, as sold numbers will surely increase after the funeral anyway.
:)

If this is accurate, Im feeling really proud of Michael right now.

I never thought MITM would be the chosen favourite by the public, but I think because of the shock and suddeness of his loss, it is a really fitting choice on how the public see him, MITM is inspirational in its message and it reflects all that he achieved in his life beautifully.

Yeah, it sounds as though the charts in my previous post are correct.

I only just tuned in, but YANA at 35 and TWYMMF at 34. It matches

H4M is surprised that TDCAU is not doing better in the UK (if your list is accurate) given the rehearsal footage.

The list still has a 100% accuracy record.

Earth song confirmed as 33, TDCAU confirmed as 32.

Wow well done Mike :) I think it's difficult to get any ONE song at number one because he has such a large back catalogue.

Still proud of ya' Mike :)

awww well done Michael! yeah it is pretty hard to chose a number one song from Michaels amazing songs. but for him to have 13 in the top 40! WOW! :D

How the f!%k can Cascada beat Michael at number one? I live in the UK and I think that the majority of people here have bad taste in music (at least, the people in my high school do...lol..it's not even music, it's just noise!!)

you have to remember alot of people have different taste in music, also if Cascada is number one then alot of people must like there song

I heard he broke some Elvis records. Is it really true?

Michaels songs make up a third of the top 40....amazing.

Michael Jackson is continuing his domination of the UK music charts with his songs accounting for almost a third of the top 40 singles. The singer had 13 hits in the chart, with 1988 track Man in the Mirror climbing from number 11 to two.

But he was held off the top spot by Euro-pop act Cascada who scored their first UK number one with dance track Evacuate The Dancefloor.
Jackson's The Essential rose 19 places to become the number one selling album.

There has been a huge surge in demand for Jackson's albums and singles following his death more than a week ago.
He nearly doubled his presence in the singles chart after securing seven places in the top 40 last week.

As well as Man in the Mirror, tracks Billie Jean, Thriller, Smooth Criminal and Beat It, all featured in the top 20.

He now equals Belfast singer Ruby Murray's record for the most singles in the top 20 in the same week which was set back in March 1955.

2 Man in the Mirror - Michael Jackson
3 Bulletproof - La Roux

5 Paparazzi - Lady GaGa

Jackson also secured five records in the top 10 of the album chart, with eight records in total in the top 40.

It was a good week for UK duo La Roux - after topping the single's chart with Bulletproof last week, their self-titled album debuted at number two in the album chart.
The record was the biggest first week sale for a debut album so far this year, according to the Official Charts Company.

Interest in Jackson's work is expected to swell even further ahead of the star's memorial on Tuesday.

Fans who took part in an online draw to attend the service were set to find out on Sunday if they had won one of 17,500 tickets avaiable.
More than 1.6m people signed up for the chance to be at the ceremony being held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

In Australia this week Michael sold over 150,000 records and in the USA last week Michael sold around 3.2 million records there.
