U.S. TII DVD buyers

Am I missing something? The TII DVD that Amazon is offering for U.S. pre-order is only ONE disc. It doesn't seem to have ANY extras.

Where is the collectors edition with the extra footage for DVD players?

It is my understanding that even if you don't get the Blu Ray version, there's a 2 disc DVD set that offers practically everything except a couple of things that the Blu Ray edition provides.

I want any extras I can get for my old DVD player at this point.

Again, am I mis-reading? If not, is there a place for those of us in the U.S. to buy the 2 disc set (not blu ray package).

i just downloaded the 13 minus bonus footage ( the musical experience) offered by Itunes for pre-ordering, i hope the dvd will have extra stuff.

Thanks, then I'm going to wait to buy. It'll kill me, but I saw TII 4 times in the theater, and as much as I want to see it again, I want the extras equally as much now.
