If I twitter the person that is tweeting the message but they are not following me do they get the message or just the people that I am following. Ex If Michael tweeted a statement and I replied back with "I love you" would he get that message. Even though he is not following me.

But if your Twitter is set to private and that person is NOT following you, then he will not be able to see your message.
