Michael leaves his hotel, reportedly to visit a hospital. On his return, he goes out on to a balcony to wave and throw down pieces of memorabilia to fans.

At the same time Michael Jackson performed in Israel 1993 during his Dangerous tour
to over 70,000 fans in Tel Aviv. He also visited holy sites including the Western Wall..
