HISTORICAL DATES
1974 -The Jackson 5 perform april 26- 28 at The Sahara Tahoe Hotel, Lake Tahoe, NV, USA
1979 - The Jacksons perform the 2nd of 4 Destiny Tour dates in Chicago, Illinois
1984 - Michael wins the "Gift of Music" Award presented by the National Association of Recording Merchandisers (NARM) for the Best Selling Album ('Thriller') and Best Selling Single ('Billie Jean'). becoming the first solo artist to take honors for both ‘Best-Selling Album’ and ‘Best-Selling Single’. He is also the first black artist to win the NARM award for Best-Selling Album, and earns the first NARM award for Best-Selling Music Video with Vestron Video release “Making of Michael Jackson Thriller”. It is the first time in the history of the awards that this has happened.
1988 - Michael performs the 2nd of 3 BAD tour concerts at The Reunion Arena in Dallas, Texas
1993 - As part of his 'Heal LA' drive, Michael visits South Central accompanied by Caroline Bingham of the 'Los Angeles Sentinel', and 'Off The Wall' magazine publisher, Adrian Grant. Michael visits The Watts Health Foundation, the El Santo Nino after-school centre and the Horace Mann Middle School.unannounced to participate in discussions with recipients and providers of the immunization, mentoring, and drug-abuse prevention programs.. He poses for pictures with the children in need of the mentioned programs, and embraces them. Jackson's "Heal L.A." and "Heal The World Foundation" will provide much needed funding to many inner-city organizations.
1993- Michael is on the cover of Jet magazine with Eddie Murphy. The Story is promotion of Eddies new Album "Loves Alright" and his single "Yeah" which proceeds are donated to charity.
2005 - Michael attends court with his parents, Katherine and Joseph. Testimonies of Cynthia Montgomery & Hamid Moslehi.
