today i went to see my doctor today

:yes: i went to see my doctor for check up :yes:

she is so happy about that i went to see dental :yes: he face light up with smile
& she can tell in my face that i feel little butter :yes: she whats me to clean my room & clean anything is dest just til i see her again to see how i feel

this time of the year i feel my sick in my face i told her is my allageces :yes: she thinks that i have problem with dest :yes:
so when the spring comes i have to go for allagece test :yes:

i have to see her again in dec 20 & march 1 :yes:

she whats me to go fro walks for everyday onces day to get my bowl moving

she whats me to eat fiber everyday :smilerolleyes:

well..I am glad that your doctor was pleased about your dentist.......I am glad your teeth feel better. You may have allergies..alot of people do. I think you should do as your doctor says.........I am sure you will..:hug:
