TII - Pitch?

I just wanted to ask,is the pitch on the DVD corrected?
The voice is normal on the bluray that has 24 frames per second,but the dvd is pal and has 25 frames per second so it might be faster.
can someone answer me?

It's not corrected apparently, as some people have been complaining about the speed of the Pal release.

when people were uploading parts onto youtube, the pitch is at least a semitone higher then what it should be, this is totally unacceptable!

Same thing with american tv shows shown in UK, characters voices are higher, for eg Big Bang Theory
