does anyone know how long it will take until you get your refund through?

i applied via the on-line form 2 days ago.

but have not heard from them.

"Allow up to 21 days" is what it says at the end.

I applied for mine yesterday and, I have to say, it was a little sad knowing that my family and I won't have one last chance to see Michael live. :-(

what does that 21 DAY means, in 21 day we will get the money, or they will process it in that time???

and HOW will they refund us, mail or what ??? which way ??
