Ticketmaster refund form?

I am filling a ticketmaster refund form and i cant seem to do it correctly. I wrote everything i had to write and clicked on "Submit your tickets choices" . After i did that an error message appeared reading " Adress Line 2 requires a value" What should i do ?

I did + i wrote my adress and everything . I wrote my adress in the section called "Address Line 1" now the website wants me to write something in the "Adress Line 2 "section. Should i write the name of my country and city in there? The website doesnt not ask me for those information anywhere in the form.

address line 1: is your house number and road
address line 2: is your city
address line 3: is your county
then put in your post code
