Would be interesting to know, yes. The last listing from Wikipedia stated the Eagles as 29 x platinum and Michael as 28 x platinum, so it's pretty close, a matter of millions.

Well he it was certified 28 x Platinum earlier this year but there's no doubt by the end of the year it will have passed the 29 million figure in the US.

And the thing is that if The Eagles had a bit more than Thriller, some "reporters" report that Thriller is the second best selling album of all time, BUT they exclude the words - in the US.

Worldwide selling is bigger than anything else.

and on wikipedia its listed as selling the most copies

for like the past 2 weeks thriller has been in the top 10 in the uk and the week before that in the top 20 i think
right now in the uk it stands at #4 in the chart

All i know is, Thriller is the only LP, cassette, CD, picture disc and whatever other format I have, that I have like 20 copies of. Not including the re-releases ... remastered, special editions and thriller25.
