On Thriller 25, does 'For all Time' have brand new vocals or is it just a re-mastered edition of the original?

New vocals were added and the bridge was reworked where there is new vocals.

Why some parts? So can you tell from a 2008 sounding Michael to a 1982 sounding Michael on the track?

Yes I can tell the difference in Michaels vocals. Michael basically used the demo but came up with a better bridge which needed new vocals plus Michael thought some background vocals needed some overdubs.

Michael recorded some new vocals for the song, like the others have said the bridge was reworked. There's extra background vocals which weren't previously there.
