*Thank you my friend,Gleison Jackson for the news!:)

Well Trouble I see on RIAA in green: ""RIAA certification for net shipment of 10 milion units(Diamond)".

Thriller 25 hasn't sold 10 million. The original album is Diamond in the USA because it has sold over 10 million units.

BTW, This has already been posted.

LMAO!

By the way how did you JUST discover this?

The album's been certified 2X diamond since '84.
That is technically incorrect, as diamond certification didn't exist then. There was only gold and platinum. I think there was silver that was only used for classical records, but not totally sure on that one.

Yeah I know... I should've said late 1990s or something. When did the "diamond" thing come to be named?

has T25 gone plat in the states yet? last i checked it was over 650,000

No. Total sales are 718,000 and it'll only go to sales of the original "Thriller".

damn im slippin lol. and yea i know that so i take it when it does reach 1mill it wont be certified as platinum standing alone since it only tags on to thriller sales

710,000 on a re-release is awesome and shows that ppl still love MJ. Brand new artist with new material have a hard time selling that with great promotion and radio play.

it will always sell no matter what the year or time period. timeless classic from the King of Music.

Yeah, he shouldn't only be king of pop, he really should be presented as The KING of MUSIC!!

^ That's kinda exaggerative.

I personally think Ray Charles was and is the king of music even though like Ray, MJ performed a lot of different "genres" of music, but I digress.

I have a collection of around 80 MJ buttons, one of which has MJ in Thriller werewolf garb, and another of MJ in Thriller zombie attire. So to amuse myself around this Halloween, I alternated wearing those two. lol When Halloween was over, I wore a regular, red jacket Thriller MJ button. lol

Go MJ! :)

Hows it going on the billbaord now?
Is its till number 1?
