Its value is hard to say imo, it's what people are willing to pay for it.
Ebay is the probaly the best way to get the highest price for it,
alot of people see it then.

Are u 100% sure but? I must admit, even tho it has the cat no the covers a bit questionable.
 
Yeah cover looks like it's scanned en than printed out.
I dont know if it is a bootleg, I do know if it was official I would have seen
it in the record store's here in Holland I guess.
 
Well, the value for a bootleg tape, probably around 5.00 USD...

Just a funny thing... You only listed bootlegs thus far... LOL! :)
 
Septi it's really a matter of common sense.

You can tell it's a bootleg because of the imperfections on the sleeve.

The photo does not cover the entire sleeve, Sean Lennon has been cut out from the photo, as well as the flying machine, so that gives you an idea that this is not an official recording.

Other than that, it's called a GREATEST HITS, however, it includes GIRLFRIEND, which is clearly, not a hit at all, and it says that OFF THE WALL comes FROM SOUNDTRACK OF MOONWALKER, and OFF THE WALL, is not included on the movie. And GET IT? This was a really MINOR hit...

Apart from that...it lacks WAY too much production information, which official releases DO have.

So , ok, it's a bootleg, but a rare one, so you should be glad to have it.
 
i think its a bootleg, simply because the quality of the artwork print is not consistent with what you would expect from epic. The colours are quite wishy washy.

the catalog number doesnt seem right either, i cant find any reference to it.

People mentioned the artwork and catalogue numbers, but you can see the tracklist contains records from at least 3 different record labels, but no mention of them on the cover, also Get It is Stevies track and Say Say Say is Pauls
 
catalogue number 85930 is the catalogue number of Thriller, so 100% a bootleg
