The film should be nominated. I think that it is an example of the hard work and dedication of an extraordinary man...A black man. It's time that people truly started to recognize the barriers this man broke through for so many black entertainers (and others as well) that followed.

Chill ur life, it was an unfortunate choice of words what he meant is ''you go Michael'', like fans cheer when he is nominated or wins awards. HE is happy that Michael's work is being recognized not more not less. Even if it is posthumus Michael's work deserves to be recognized.

Black history month I will be doing my essays on Michael Joesph Jackson.

I'm sorry but I am uncomfortable with the Memorial Service being nominated as a VARIETY SHOW. It was a memorial, it was not meant to be entertaining. I just see that as minimizing the sanctity of the service which is what it was not a show. The NAACP, of all people should know better.

If Kenny was half as smart as he looks or we give him credit for he would have picked his words a little better.

Did i say Michael didn't deserve to be recognized? No, but what he was recognized for is completely stupid. You don't reward someones memorial service. You reward them for the work they do when they are alive.

The nod for TII is great i love it i'm happy, but he should be here doing it.
His services should not get any sort of an award because it wasn't something for an award. It was something for a man who is no longer with us who should be.

Chill my life? No. i think not. This is my opinion and i am entitled to it.

Kenny has spoken well many many times and we know he doesn't mean anything bad. Great to see Michael's work recognized and appreciated, although, I don't know what the memorial is doing there! It is not a "show" as someone pointed out.

Kenny's choice of words were the wrong choice and if anyone is unhappy about them all you have to do is tweet him about it. He's been a true friend to Michael for years, he didn't mean anything by it. I posted my reply before I saw the memorial had been nominated. That makes me uncomfortable as it wasn't entertaining, its a memorial service.
