Yes I am stealing this idea from the Ultimate BAD World Tour setlist thread. Many agree that the main issue with the Dangerous Tour was that not enough songs were performed from that album.

2. Can't Let Her Get Away
3. Wanna Be Startin Somethin
4. Human Nature
5. Smooth Criminal
6. Who Is It
7. Jackson 5 Medley
8. Thriller
9. Billie Jean
10. Working Day And Night
11. Beat It
12. Remember The Time
13. Will You Be There
14. The Way You Make Me Feel
15. Dangerous
16. Black Or White
17. Give Into Me
18. Heal The World
19. Man In The Mirror

I also would have loved to have included In The Closet, but I didn't know where it could fit in the setlist. And Keep The Faith but I felt like that performance would have been too similar to Man In The Mirror.

The first 3 songs ('Jam', 'Can't Let Her Get Away', 'Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'') are very energy-consuming performances, and it would have been impossible for Michael Jackson to perform these songs one after another.

'Who Is It' is a song unfit for on-stage performance.

'Heal The World' should have been the closing performance, given the theme and purpose of the Dangerous Tour (Heal The World Foundation).
 
Usually I would say. Perform the entire album but in case of Dangerous it is a bit too much.

I think the setlist is pretty good. The only thing missing is Remember the time…
