I know that the best songs come first, for example, Jam (Dangerous) & Scream (HIStory) but what about the rest of them?

I believe that there must be a logical sequence that makes sense between slow & fast songs (Speed Demon-Liberian Girl, Gone Too Soon-Dangerous, Speechless-2000 Watts) but that's all?

Is there any official info about that?

In my opinion, although it was probably a common decision, MJ had the last word.

For me personally, I think it comes down to how everything sounds together, what song flows into the other. Best song on the album isn't necessarily the 1st track. IMO every 1st track off MJ's albums are not the best track on the album.

ok, but i was really curious about the order of the songs especially in HIStory disc 1 album

I know in Moonwalk he talks about Stevie's song coming after She's out of my Life to kinda let the listener feel optimistic-falling in love again.
"I can't help it "is one of my absolute favorites.
