yes, if that was my family they would have heard where to put their song or their music a long time ago or maybe one would tell the other some choice words they would never forget. the guys are just too sweet to one another, even when they are mad with each other. lol And just imaging a bunch of guys together and no rude talk or swearing. they are very well brought up.

I have been wondering the same thing. I just cannot imagine MJ involved in these petty fights.

I wonder if these little catfights were part of the reasons why he stayed away from the group? I just for the life of me, cannot imagine Michael interacting professionally with the brothers.

Jackie is still my fave....Jermaine, well...I think I have said all I needed to say.

I liked it and I will add that there was a tribute in that video to Michael saying "Michael Jackson: King of Pop".

I would be surprised. The ratings haven't been good. But you never know...interest in the brothers is not high.

I hope Jackie will do something...He is the only one I would happily support .

It was probably more of the same with MJ in the fold. 5 different personalities, egos, etc..lol. All we saw and heard with Mike & his brothers was the finished product. It's amazing enough to see them in a studio these days (even under contractual obligation) with a huge link in their chain missing, imo. Very commendable of the brothers.

I hope so. I finally got around to watching, and it was fun watching the brothers work. If they bring back the show, I just hope A&E move the time slot for them. The show comes on at weird times.

Just because it's called a Reality show doesn't mean what's being shown is reality. It's just a show and it doesn't really depict what's happening and who they really are. It's just a small snippet of their lives as you can see.
But all in all, I think that they are much more REAL than how they are portraying themselves on this show.

And yes, Jackie is my favorite too. He reminds me of Michael the most.:wub:

Reality shows always shows windows into the truth, no matter how you try to hide it. Like with Jon and Kate plus 8. There was obviously something wrong in the second to last season and people say it despite TLC trying to sugarcoat it. You even saw the building tension if you actually watch the show through the years. The same happen with Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. They also had editing rights.

So even if they may act scripted at times, they can't hide who they truly are on camera. So, I think we are getting enough information on them by just looking at the little snipped they chose to show us. It is not a full picture, grant you, but it does lay the groundwork.

So, saying this does not paint a true picture of the brothers is not completely true.

I love this show! Makes me want to be a cousin/sister to them or something! lol.

Seriously though, I'm really loving that brotherly bond regardless of the petty bickering and such. Marlon can ease the tension in the room and even make stiff ol' Jermaine crack up. I love it. Everyone has their favorite and their least favorites but (besides MJ!!) I love them all, they all play a part in being genuine, honest, funny, and hard-working individuals (you decided which word fits who :). In the end, they balance off each other well!

P.S. I thought Marlon and Jackie were singing just fine, didn't understand what Jermaine was complaining about. Ah well.
 
Still no link for episode 4 & 5 for international viewers?

The Jacksons said something else when they were promoting the show. They think the show is reflective of who they are.

Please, please can we have links for people to see this in UK for Series 3 , 4 and 5 . I really want to see this, i loved episodes 1 and 2, and it still shows that the jacksons as a group are still world reknowned!

Please can someone utube this or give links for all us poor folk in UK that cannot see these episodes. Thank You.

I have stopped watching the show. Everything that is happening on the show Michael said in an interview in the eighties. He talked about how each brother is. When watching the show, I see what he was talking about. I sort of see why he didn't want to go backwards. It is just like dating an old lover that was horrible. You just don't want to get on that merry-go-round again. Doesn't mean you don't love them; just means you are better off mentally not dealing with them.
 
I'm kind of glad the brothers didn't make the album yet. I think they shouldn't rush to create it and think more on what songs they want to do. I wonder what the last episode will be about since I felt like everything was resolved in the "Lockdown" episode.

Except that The Jackson 5 (The Jacksons) were not horrible, at least not in my taste :D
But yea, maybe it would have been going backwards but it could also be something great. Hard to say now, we will never know.

They are not horrible but the professional experience could have been. That is what I meant by that.

i am thankful to god this was not their Personal This is it. The Jackson family do not need another tragedy so soon after the last one.this is it IS a tragic story.

People naturally behave differently in-front of the camera.

But yes, you are right it lays the groundwork which is why I think it would have been more fitting as a Documentary instead of a reality show.
