I looked at Invincible and it was around the time he met Deb? It looks as if its one side of Michael's face - the brown eye- then the other side of the face looks like Deb's face - the blue eye. ?

nope thats all Michael in the picture, the left eye has been slightly pixelated though.
i don't like this album cover, is rather boring for an album cover.
