The Cool TV Channel Music Videos from every genre from all time periods all day all night!!! I love this new channel!

:waving:

Has anyone else just noticed this channel or known of it for awhile now? It's called The Cool TV channel. It's a music video station. I love it. I recommend it to anyone who gets the station. It's so close to how MTV was before the millenium. They play music in no certain category, from the earliest videos in the late 70's and all music videos from the 80's through the present, and you also see old & new live performances footage as far back as the 50's music!!! I am very happy with this channel.
I purposely made a list of videos while watching to give an ideal of what is shown.

Anyone out there that gets this station..could you help out and request Michael Jackson videos? They take request and they do play them...I just want to make sure that the station knows there's a demand for Michael Jackson's music. Also Janet's videos too.. she has some really great videos herself from back to the Control album Rythmn Nation 1814 Janet Velvet Rope etc. Thanks a bunch! Here's the info.

THECOOLTV plays music, period.

Our programming is customized to YOUR market, so watch for the videos you want to see and send requests to REQUEST via email info@coolmusicnetwork.com or call the COOL REQUEST LINE at

I love the video to Closer. A real shame most stations refuse to play it.

I love NIN too. :)
Well I believe it was the edited version I just caught the very end but still I love this channel cause they play NIN. I've had it on that channel often.

I have All the MTV stations and VH1 stations and BET & Centrics & FUSE etc. but this is the best Music Video station so far..

They just Played The Smashing Pumpkins 1979

Dang I just found out the THECOOLTV plays only music to the demographic area.. in others words they only play music & artists catered to the state you live in. For me..where i live that is a HUGE dissapointment. I quit watching the station. :(

I don't believe I have that channel--actually, I know I don't because I don't have cable in my dorm. :p However, I don't think I have it in the house either...

However, it seems as though it has a pretty good variety of music videos/artists. I can't say I care for the lot of them, though. Michael Jackson, Madonna, Ke$ha (not Keisha), Green Day, Britney Spears, Beyonce and My Chemical Romance being possibly the only ones I would care to sit and watch a video from.

I'm not really into mainstream music (Michael being the big exception to that rule), so most of the artists I listen to didn't even make this list. Now, give me a channel which features:

Michael Jackson
Tom Lehrer
Beethoven
Wagner
Bach
Tchaikovsky
Emilie Autumn
Celtic Woman
Phil Collins
Within Temptation
Marlene Dietrich
Blackmore's Night
Nightwish
Rammstein
Epica
Evanescence
Lacuna Coil
t.A.T.u.
Tarja
Valeriya
Vera Lynn
Ke$ha (Yeah, she sucks, but I love her...)

...now that's a channel I would pay to watch! ?????

Yes it does have a good varity.. It's better than all the mtv's and FUSE etc. I don't get MTV Classic I get VH1 Classic which is good for 80's videos even some 90's I also get BET,Centric & VH1 Soul ..but THE COOLTV say if I lived in another state a relatively 'bigger' population I would see a wider varity of music videos by even more various artists. I was happy they did play a good bit of a list of artists i had requested like Jackson 5 & old James Brown .. even a couple Michael Jackson videos..but they have been playing for the last few days the same videos over & over and mostly 'new pop artists' like gaga and keisha etc. so I was like "here we go again.." I guess they'll never be MTV like it was in the days when it truely was Music Television.
sry. for the rant.
