Oh lord first off please NO FIGHTING I don't want to get into trouble. I emailed a few mods about this but got no reply so lets just say the rebellious part of me decided to go ahead and post this thread anyways. I thought we could make this thread a positive one by discussing the evidence we got that disputed claims made by the Arvizio's

I'll start:

* They had lied in the past
* The siblings had inconsistent stories.
* Countless people who had visited Neverland before came forward and admitted MJ never touched them nor would. (ex: Macaulay Culkin)

Ok so now your turn. Keep adding on. I thought this would be a great thread for those who weren't around back then and don't know alot of the details. They may also not have time to read the court transcripts (like myself, though I have gone through the files at TSG)

I just have one question why did those people who worked at Neverland come forward and flat out lie? That just boggled me. And the Jesus juice stories but let's not go there.

I just have one last thing to say I was not a fan in 2005 so I don't know all the details so forgive me if this has been discussed but I thought it may be kinda a neat thing to do, I hope someone can see where I'm coming from.

P.S. to the mods just give this thread a chance if fighting ensues then please go ahead and close it.
 
-MJ was not the first person the Arviso's accused of molesting someone in their family, they accused JC penny officers of touching the mother during an arrest for shop lifting at JC Penny's, and the daughter Davilan accused her dad of molesting her yrs before MJ came into their lives or should I say they came into his!


-Mostly all of the people who came forward that work at Neverland were people who were fired yrs ago and sued MJ in civil court which he won! They sold their stories to several tabloids for money before going to any authorities just for money!

-The Arviso children were caught drinking at Neverland by staff but never had MJ gave them it or allowed that kind of behavior in his house or on a plane like Sneedon the D.A in this case tried to say! Their was a flight attendant who said MJ never gave the children any alcohol on a plane! MJ would drink for himself sometimes in coke cans because of his nervousness of flying and it was the flight attendant herself that had the idea of putting MJ's alcoholic drinks in cans because he didn't want people to see him or know he was drinking especially the children!

Janet Arvizo said in court that Michael and his people forced the children and her to come to Miami, where Michael was staying so they could keep them there and have an eye on them. Janet said this was all part of a conspiracy to keep the family captive. But Chris Tucker testified saying it was Janet, who came crying to him (after the Bashir documentary aired and the press were hounding the Arvizos) and that she was the one who wanted to see Michael and begged him to take her to him. Chris Tucker flew them out to Miami on his private plane. That was where he warned Michael about Janet & co.

Mesereau showed Star Arvizo some porn magazines that Michael allegedly had showed the boys. When Star identified one of the magazines being the one that Michael had shown them, that magazine was dated August 2003, 5 months after the Arvizo's had left Neverland for good!

But I heard they later said they were "forced" to do it by MJ...and that he threatened them...something to do with a hot air balloon? Could someone tell me about this?

That hot air balloon B.S was something the mother Janet Arviso just made up because when they made the rebuttal tape for Michael (that was not against their will) that part was never mentioned! In fact if u buy or see the DVD "The Untold Story of Neverland" that was done by Larry Nimmer for the defense in this case (that was shown to the jury in this case by the way) u will see that the family was not being force to say anything but was willing to do it on their own and happy to do it it as well!

On the tape u see the mother telling the person filming to do a close up of Gavin and her holding hands just like Bashir showed MJ doing with Gavin she said something like people would see that this was nothing dirty, just a loving thing to do! That part is so telling that they wanted to be there and not forced because she was all smiles and laughing and the children too. She had to be told in fact that they were already filming when she mentioned the hand thing part because she didn't even know that camera was already rolling....HA, HA, HA! GOTCHA! :D Her response to finding out was "OH GOD! "THIS IS THE OUTTAKES OF THE OUTTAKES!" and then she laughs while Gavin smiles!
 
I know all that but what exactly did she say he was going to do with the hot air balloon? Make them get on and have it take off, stranding them in the sky and eventually die?

And she expected anyone to actually believe that? lol. That's a good a fact as any because it shows how batshittingly insane she is! :lol:

Yea, I figure u knew all that but I said it anyways because the person who made this thread said put facts of what we knew! So, I kept going just incase she or someone didn't know this already! Sorry! :)

Anyways, yea the hot air balloon was suppose to fly them to Brazil she said where MJ she said wanted to disappeared them too! Somewhere were no one would find them! LOL As if Brazil don't have police there or something! lol

This lady was plain insane! It was her idea of the Brazil trip by the way but because MJ didn't want to go with them it never happened! I guess that pissed her off a vacation that didn't happen and use it against mj instead!
 
Oh TM said they used the Sherrif's interview was viewed multiple times by the jury and they decided his behaivour did not match the type of a boy who had just been molested. They also said a big piece of evidence towards their decision about that tape was when it was revealed in the rebuttal video that he was trying to become an actor.

Can I ask why you wanted to post a thread like this one? In 2005 fans spent hours and hours researching, posting, edititing, informing and discussing the trial.....I don't see the need to re-start that (and re-live that hurtful period in time), to be honest :scratch:

I tend to agree with Dutchie.

There is plenty of information you can Google and research to understand what happened. That is what I have done since Michael died as I didnt follow it when it happened.

Through what I have researched, I found alot of intersting stuff to reassure me over and over again of his innocence.
 
Well like many of us I wasn't around in 2005 and yes I understand there is stuff on google (court transcripts and such)but there is also alot of information that is just plain false and confusing. I probably spent a good month trying to understand the trial but I found myself becoming confused more and more(I was going through a rough point so maybe my head wasn't straight) But I just thought this was kinda a good idea especially for newer fans or even ones who don't have alot of time on their hands to do research (college, university students, people who work long hours etc) I didn't mean to bring up old wounds but I just figured if someone didn't like this thread then they wouldn't look at it, least that's what I would do anyways sorry if I caused anyone any pain.
 
That thread that Dutchie mentions must be around here still I assume?... Im still new here and cant get into all the threads.

I think the false stuff you just have to accept and make a decision in what you believe. No doubt you would get false stuff here on this thread if people were involved enough to share their views or what they have read.

What is it you were confused about Kristinaz? Maybe thats a point where some discussion could start from. I'm happy to share the little bit Ive found if that helps.
 
Okay sure sounds great Miche well I'll start with some background. I somewhat followed the trial back in the day but I was young and naive and beleived whatever I read about Michael from the media. But after I started researching things I started to see who MJ really was, his kind soul,spirit.

So then I began reading the articles on The Smoking Gun. I think what began to confuse me was what I began reading from specialists and how they took Gavin's side and explained his actions and why at some points there were inconsistant and this and that I actually have the link saved onto my other computer. Then I went ahead and watched the interview with the sherrif. I think it surprised me to hear not only there but even in the trial how well he could explain certain things. That was when I found out he was practicing to be an actor so then me myself having worked in acting for 5 years could see why he did such a good job with the interview.

I guess maybe this is because I'm a girl but I've always wondered would it have been common for Gavin to be able to describe some parts of his story so well(specifically the sexual parts of his story, god I didn't want to say this but ugh the parts about the so called molsetation ) if it never even happened like how would you know all those details , then again they may have been planning what to say for a while.

My other question is can anyone give me a little background into why those former works were fired from neverland. I still couldn't beleive they took the Arvizio's side it was just so so mind boggling to me. But I'm relieved to hear that these workers were trouble from the begining.

***As for this thread and key evidence just wanted to add to this thread that the rebuttal film was def not forced you could tell.
Also I find it funny Janet went on a shopping spree using Michael's money and yet accused him of not letting her and the family go ahh no I think it was them who wouldn't leave. Plus we have countless of evidence from Michael's friends who clearly said that they were dangerous people from the start.

How good can the smoking gun website be if their sources are people like Diane Dimond? That website don't even mentioned that MJ insurance paid out the 93 settlement and not him! So, if I were you I wouldn't go their anymore, since that is one of the reasons why u are confused! lol

The ex 93 employees were the only ones who took what u call "the Arviso's side!" But really they were their for their own gain! In the 90's 5 ex Neverland employees sued MJ in a civil suit claiming they were fired for knowing to much about the 93 allegations! When in fact they knew nothing and never seen anything inappropriate between MJ and a child! They confessed the truth when they were under oath in that civil suit and eventually lost! Most if not all were fired from Neverland for stealing stuff from MJ's Neverland! They also all sold their stories to tabloids in the 90's for money and that was proven and shown to the jury in the 05 trial!

They other employees who testified were the ones who were working their when Gavin and his family would stay and they all testified that they were bad kids and that the mom never complained about being held prisoners and that they saw Gavin drinking when MJ was not even there!

Now, Gavin interview with the police that was played for the jury was one of the reasons why MJ was found not guilty actually! lol They said his demeanor was not of a child who was molested! He was to relaxed not nerves at all. And yes, Gavin wanted to be an actor, he was already taking acting classes by the way!

Some of the things he said sexually were things a thirteen yr old would know and some were things that a thirteen yr old should have known like what a ejaculation is and he couldn't say what that was! So, it didn't fit with his story about masturbation and things like that! He once told a story about how MJ said a man can go crazy and rape a women if he don't masturbate and then he said it wasn't MJ who told him that story after all, that it was his grandma that was said at trial! O____o

These people are looney tunes! lol

This is about the Neverland employees! Kristinaz, I recommend you watch this and the rest of this person videos on this case, it's very good and it will help you understand things about the 05 trial. Many things she shows here are stuff that many of us knew already and I think it's great that she put it all in a series of videos for others that don't know can see! :)
 
Gavin Arvizo on Facebook - I wonder if he told his wife the truth, or if he and his mother are lying to her too.
