I have had real problems with processing and accepting the fact that Michael is dead.
Its so hard to accept that he will not be able to fulfill his dreams. He seemed to be in sutch a great place, so creative, so mutch more happy then we have seen in a long time.
And most of all I feel so deeply sorry for his children, who has lost their father. I can not even begin to imagine how the family feels.
I watch and read what people now are saying about him. Friends, aquantances etc. Its bittersweet to realise the effect this man has had on so many peoples life. And as so many others have said before: why do we tend to wait til the people we love are gone to sing their praise. Its while we are living we need their love. Still, I do believe Michael knew he was loved, by people close and far away. And I do hope that he knew that his message of hope did get through to people.
But now I just want to thank everyone on this board, especially the people creating this place. Without you, I would not have known everything I do today. I have been on and off the board for a while, but I found MJJF because of my search for the truth about the trial. And I got the info I needed, reading the archives from that time. I also discovered so many other things about this man that I never knew.
The people I met here are intelligent, witty, funny, warm, friendly and have integrity and emphaty. This place provide hope for the future.
And even in this sad time, people here take time and care for others. I am shore Michael would be proud of all of you. In my opinon, this is acting out what his legacy is about.
Bless you all!!
I wish you all strength for tomorrow, and I know that for many of us it will be the day the earth stood still, as we take our farewells with Michael.
All the love in the world to all of you, from me.
And again; thank you!
