I love Michael's voice in every era, but I find I have a special place in my heart for when he was a teenager. I'm talking from around 1974-1978. I just love the way he sounds vocally during this time period. Anyone else feel the same? I especially love "We're Almost There."

Yeah it's adorable! Makes me melt. I have a huge soft spot for that time too.

He was the sweetest, cutest thing ever. I wish he could have seen that!

You are not alone. I love the teenaged Michael's voice too. I could die not listening to One Day In Your Life (1975) repeatedly everday. His voice there is so mesmerizing. I would never thought Michael could posses such angelic voice after 1974. I think that year he broke his voice.. ?

I wholeheartedly agree with ya! I love We're Almost There too.

During the period his voice started to change from a lil boy's to an adult male's. So, it's like, his voice was a good mixture of both boyish charm and grown-man charm.

OMG!!!!!!!

Yes!

I love We're Almost there... One Day in Your Life is heartbreakingly beautiful.... and have you heard Take me Back? I love it.

Actually, I recommend any Motown albums that has teen Mike as the lead singer. It's really amazing how you can hear his boyish voice and then his trademark voice later on.

Simply put, I love his voice during this period. :D

Yeah I think that's what I love about it. Him sounding in-between boy and man.

I feel exactly the same. I always believed that this era is just magical!!! Especially in Jacksons Variety Show: his voice, his look, his dancing moves, his shyness  Just be4 he was gonna rule the world!!!! :punk:
