I've decided to write another Dave story, with Dave finally deciding that enough is enough with Rob, his enemy who is always beating him up.... I've wrote about Rob in a bad light, as he should be written in....

P.S. Admins and moderators, please do not delete or close this thread. I like writing my Dave stories.... Please, I am begging you.......

Part 1.

I’m tired of Robert Patterson always beating me up. I never did anything wrong to him. I’ve always been nice to him. He always taunts me. Even after I called an ambulance for him after he fell off of a roof. He was in the hospital for a little while, and then released, on crutches. Now he’s off the crutches….

I went to my English class, and Rob passed my room door. He put his fist under his chin and begun demonstrating beating me up. I felt uneasy.

After class, I started running but Rob caught up to me and pushed me to the ground and beat me up.

“Leave me alone, Rob!” I yelled. Rob is about half a taller than me and 60 pounds heavier than I am. He’s a year older than me.

He continued to pummel on me. I was scared, yet I knew it was coming. Rob does this to me every day. And, he only does it to ME. He doesn’t beat on anyone else.

“Rob, get off of me,” I pleaded. “You’re gonna kill me!” I begged emotionally.

Rob beat me even harder! Then he laughed cruelly. George Anderson came by.

“That’s enough, Robert!” George said, sternly. George used to beat me up to, until I saved him from drowning. Now he’s eternally grateful to me and nice to me.

Rob got off of me.

If he hadn’t saved you from drowning, you would have been beating him up with me,” Rob said to George sneering.

“You don’t hurt the hand that saved you from an early grave,” George said with a sneer.

Rob sneered back and left.

George looked at me. “You know, you’re a real angel to have saved me. You could have easily left me to die.” He looked indebted.

“You’re welcome,” I said.

I went to my other classes.

“I’m Dave Winston, a 15 year old at Marshall Johnson Academy for boys. I’m a brown-haired, brown eyed 125 pound guy. I’m 5’8, gay, and recently protested for we gays to have equal rights as the straight people on this campus. We won our rights. My younger long lost brother protested with me too. I found out that he was adopted, which is why I didn’t even know about him until he came to this school. Our biological parents and his adopted parents had him transferred after he got raped and then attempted suicide. His name is Jack, and we still keep in touch. I have a boyfriend named Max Cartwright, who is 17. He had blond hair and blue eyes, and is 6’1.

I went to lunch. I ate lunch with my 8 friends, Rudy, Randy, Rodney, Randall, Steve, Todd, Mark, and Sam. Jack was the 9th friend.

We chatted and then lunch was over. I went to more classes and did my assignments. After school, I went into my dorm and did homework and watched T.V.

I went to Student Life Inside. I sat for a few minutes. I saw Rob coming towards me! I ran, but Rob is a very fast runner and caught up to me! He punched me in my stomach!

“Rob, please leave me alone,” I cried weakly.

“George isn’t around to protect you this time,” Rob said evilly. He kicked me in my shin.

“Rob stop.” I begged him. I could barely speak.

“No!” Rob cried. He punched me in my face.

I got fed up with him. “I said,” Leave me the fu…. alone!” “I cried with all the strength I could muster. Rob looked surprised.

I decided it was time to stand up for myself. I said, “Rob, I take back all of the fear I gave you. I’m not going to be afraid of you anymore. You’re nothing. You’re shi. And from now on, you don’t exist to me.” I got that speech I had just said from Nightmare on Elm Street, where Nancy stands up to Freddy, and Freddy disappears.

Well, Rob is like Freddy Krueger. He is just pure evil.

Rob laughed cruelly. It didn’t work.

He pushed me hard. “You are too afraid of me to ever pretend I don’t exist,” he said, with an evil smile.

“I…I….I mean it,” I said, stammering. “You don’t exist anymore to me.

Rob punched me hard in my face. “So, how do you explain a non-existent punch in your face?” He sneered. He punched me again in my stomach. Then he picked me up and dropped me to the floor. Then he picked me up and threw me into a wall. He mercilessly beat me up.

“Ow, Stop,” I protested weakly.

“What are you saying, “Ow” about? I don’t exist!” Rob sneered. He punched me in my arm.

I tried to run again, but Rob jumped on me again and slammed my head into the ground.

“Rob, stop,” I begged.

“No!” He screamed at me.

“What’s your problem?” I asked him.

“You,” he answered. He sneered again.

“I never did anything to you,” I said, weakly. “Please get off of me,” I begged.

“No!” Rob hollered again. He continued to pummel me. “Please stop,” I begged weakly.

Rob did the opposite of stop. He hit me even more. I could feel the life draining out of me. I began to lose conscious. In one more minute, I was in a mini coma.

Part 2

When I came to, I was in the clinic, getting alcohol on my lips with a cotton ball, to wipe up the cut.

“Ow!” I screamed in pain.

The nurse said, “At least you’ve come to,” she said softly. “Can you tell me who did this to you?” She asked.

“Nobody,” I lied.

She continued to clean my wounds.

I winced in pain.

“You should tell me who beat you up like this,” she said softly. “We found you on the floor, bloodied and unconscious. “ She looked concerned.

I got “closed.” “I don’t want to tell you,” I answered.

She finished cleaning my wounds and put gauze on them.

“Can you at least tell me the initials of the person who did this?”

“R.P,” I answered.

She finished with me, and then sent me home.

I went to my dorm. I looked at myself in the mirror. I looked like Rob’s bitch. I was tired of him beating on me.

I decided it was time to stand up to Rob. For good. I took out some money, and went outside to meet Mr. X, my ex-drug dealer. I used to be a cocaine addict.

When I saw Mr.X, I explained what Rob looked like, and where he lived, and I told him I wanted him to beat up Rob for me, and then kidnap Rob and take him somewhere far away.

Mr.X said, “Dave, you sure are being wild these days. Asking me for roofies, and then asking me to beat and kidnap.” He whistled.

“It’s just that Rob is always beating on me. I’m always nice to him,” I lamented.

Mr.X looked at me sympathetically. “You know, I could get into a lot of trouble for assault and kidnap. I could be jailed. But, maybe I can help you. You want me to sell you roofies so you can give it to him and then do whatever you want with him?” He asked.

I hadn’t thought of giving Rob roofies and then doing something bad to him.

“Okay, sure,” I said. Mr. X sold me some roofies and I thanked him. He welcomed me, and I left.

I went to my dorm. I wondered how I would get Rob to drink a roofie. I doubted he would drink anything I gave him, after all he had done to me.

I had to do it discreetly. George told me he was eternally grateful to me. I could get George to give Rob a roofie drink. George owed me one. I saved his life.

No, but George was Rob’s friend. He’d probably accidentally tip him off. Besides, George was not my friend. He was my ally.

I had to think of something else.

I went outside my dorm. I saw Max.

Max looked at me in concern. “What happened to you?” Max asked.

“Um,um,” I hesitated.

“Tell me who did this to you!” Max demanded.

“Nobody,” I lied.

Max’s eyes held worry. “We promised, ’No more secrets between us, remember?” Max asked me. He bent down and kissed my mouth. “Now, tell me who did it.”

“I….It was Rob Patterson,” I said.

“Oh god no,” Max said, with pain. “You gotta take care of him. You can’t let him do this to you all the time.”

“I know,” I said, softly.

Max gave me a hug. “You want me to sleep over tonight?” He asked me softly.

“Okay,” I said.

Later, Max came over. He saw the roofies that I had bought.

Max looked at me quizzically. “Why do you have roofies?” He asked me.

“I wanted to give him to Rob so that he would be knocked out,” I said, shyly.

“And how are you going to give them to Rob?” Max asked.

“I don’t know,” I said.

“What’s his favorite drink?” Max asked.

“Pepsi,” I replied.

“Maybe you could just put the roofies in the Pepsi,” max said.

“Yeah. The problem is, how am I going to get Rob to drink it?” I asked.

“What if you break into the PBA and slip the roofies into the Pepsi? You used to break into people’s dorms to steal their money, remember?” Max asked me.

I blushed. He had to bring up the cocaine addiction. “That was a long time ago, Max,” I said.

“I know it was,” Max said, smiling a little. I decided to heed Max’s advice.

We went to sleep.

We woke up the next day, and we got ready for school.

At school, I saw Rob again. Rob began to chase me. I ran to the office. One time, when Rob chased me, I ran to the roof, where he tried to force me off of a roof. Thank god I moved out of the way, and he fell off and ended up on crutches. Running to the roof wasn’t one of my brightest ideas. I would never survive in a horror movie with that kind of attitude. This time, however, I ran to a safe place. Rob didn’t follow me into the office. Dean Riley looked at me curiously. “What’s going on, Dave?” He asked me.

“Nothing,” I said breathlessly.

“Dave, you look swollen. What happened to you? Did someone beat you up?” He looked concerned.

“I walked into a door,” I lied.

“Who were you running from?” He asked me.

“Nobody,” I lied.

“You know, I know when you’re lying. Remember when you told me that you were snorting baby powder?” Dean Riley asked.

I blushed. “I don’t want him to beat me even more if I tell you,” I said.

“Who is it?” Dean Riley asked.

“I don’t want to tell,” I answered. I looked at the ground.

“What’s his first name?” He asked me.

“Robert.” I answered. There were 20 Roberts in this school.

“You wanna spend the day in the office to avoid him? I’ll write your teachers a special excuse note for the day,” he said, sympathetically.

“Okay,” I agreed.

I stayed in the office the whole day. A staff member brought me lunch, and I did some studying.

Dean Riley asked me, “Who did this to you?” Again.

“Robert,” I answered. Again.

“You wanna tell me his last name?”Dean Riley asked quietly.

If I tell you, he’ll beat me even harder,” I said.

“What grade is he in?” Dean Riley asked.

“Junior.”I answered. There were 12 Roberts in the Junior Class.

“Hmm. Why does he beat you up?”Dean Riley asked.

Ï don’t know,” I replied. Ï guess he does it for fun,” I said.

“Does he beat on anyone else?”Dean Riley asked.

“Not that I know of,” I replied.

My answers were curt. I didn’t want to talk about this. We sat in tense, uncomfortable silence, before Dean Riley said, If you don’t want to talk now, I’ll let you be. But I’m here for you when you DO want to talk,” Dean riley said, sympathetically.

I thanked him. He welcomed me.

After school, Dean Riley escorted me to my dorm. I once again thanked him and he welcomed me again. At the dorm, I did some homework, watched T.V and ate a snack. I took the roofies and my backpack (and put in some rope just in case) and went to the PBA. George was at a field trip and would be there until about 7:00 Pm tonight. Rob was at a fraternity meeting with the Sigmas.

I snuck in, and went to their refrigerator and dropped the roofies in to the Pepsi and then I heard a noise at the door! Then I heard Rob’s voice outside! I knew I had to hide! Rob would beat the hell out of me if he saw me there. Not to mention, I’d be in a LOT of trouble with the school for breaking and entering the PBA fraternity house

I ran to George’s closet and hid WAY in the back. I highly doubted that Rob would go to George’s closet. My heart was palpitating.

A few seconds later, Rob said to himself, Oh, yeah, there’s something I’d like to drink. Pepsi. “A few seconds later, I heard Rob exclaim loudly to himself, “This Pepsi tastes weird!” I smiled happily to myself.

Five minutes later, I went outside to see Rob passed out by the refrigerator. Now was my chance! I took out my rope and picked up Rob and tied Rob to a chair. About 10 minutes later, Rob came to. "What's going on?" He asked, groggily. He was still tied.

"Shut up!" I said furiously to him. I punched him in the face.

"Dave, what the hell are you doing?" Rob asked me. I saw anger, confusion, and a little bit of fear. I relished in knowing that I had made Rob a little scared.

"Payback," I told him coldly. "This is your favorite place to hit me, isn't it?" I asked mockingly, punching him in his stomach. The same place he had hit me so many times.

"Leave me alone, Dave," he said, a little shakingly.

"Leave me alone, leave me alone," I mocked him cruelly. "Does that sound familiar?" I sneered at him.

"I'm warning you,Dave, when I get untied, I will kick your ass to hell!" Rob said, sounding bothered.

I smacked him hard upside his head. He groaned in pain. "Stop, please," he begged.

"Welcome to my world, bitch," I told him coldly and mockingly. I kicked him in his shin.

"Ouch. Stop," He begged.

"How does it feel to have the tables turned on you?" I asked. How does it feel to get beat up? How does it feel to be scared, Rob?" I asked him , unmercifully.

"You sick bastard!" He yelled at me. I could see his legs buckling.

I laughed a cruel laugh. "Thank you," I said. I threw my head back and laughed like a deranged lunatic.

Rob looked scared as hell now.

Part 3

“I’m crazy as hell”, I said. “You don’t want to mess with me,” I told him in a sing song voice. “I’m C….R…A….Z…Y,” I continued in a sing song voice. I laughed maniacally again.

Rob looked ready to run, but he couldn’t. I could tell he was freaking out.

I began to talk in all sorts of voices. I spoke like a little girl, then like a demon. Then I spoke in a Southern accent, then a British accent, then in a French accent.

“Dave, you’re scaring me,” Rob said. Rob looked frightened.

“Dave’s not here,” I said in a scary possessed voice. “I am the Dark Lord from the Planet Zokar.”

“Dave, let me go,” he begged.

“I told you, I’m the Dark Lord,” I answered in the possessed voice. “I’m going to take your soul, Rob Patterson.” I laughed a demonic laugh.

“Please, no more,” Rob begged. He began to shake violently.

“Silence!” I said in a booming voice. Rob whimpered like a little puppy. I finally had control over Rob. The same way that Rob had had control over me.

I walked over to him with the Pepsi “Drink it!” I barked at him in a demonic voice.

“I don’t want to,” Rob said.

I punched him in his stomach again. “I said, DRINK IT!” I sounded even more demonic.

Rob clamped his mouth shut. I pulled his head back and forced his mouth open. Then I poured it into his mouth and clamped his mouth shut.

“Now swallow,” I told him, in a deadly quiet demonic voice.

Rob reluctantly swallowed. “What’s in this drink?” He asked me suspiciously.

“Sugar!” I told him nastily.

“No, you did something to me. You poisoned me, Dave,” Rob said.

”I didn’t poison you, Rob,” I said. “I just wanted you to have your favorite drink.”

I could see Rob getting limp and disoriented.

His eyes were drooping. Soon, he was zonked out. I untied the ropes and locked Rob in his own closet. George would let Rob out when he got home which would be soon.

I got my things and left the PBA. I went to my dorm. I was happy that I had finally gotten Rob scared. After all of the unfair torture he had given me, I finally got my revenge on him.

I bathed and drifted off to sleep. When I woke up, I got ready for school.

At school, I did my assignments. At lunch, I went up to Rudy. “Rudy, I need you to do a huge favor for me,” I told Rudy imploringly.

“What is it?” Rudy asked.

“I need you to say that I was in your dorm from 4-6:30 yesterday,” I told him.

“Why?” Rudy asked.

“I did something to Rob after school, and if he snitches on me, I want to have an alibi,” I told him.

“What did you do?” Rudy asked me.

“Let’s just say that I stood up to Rob,” I told him.

Rudy asked again,”What did you do to him?”

“I gave him roofies and beat him up,” I told Rudy.

Rudy said, “Okay, I will.”

“Thank you, Rudy,” I said, gratefully. I hugged him. He welcomed me.

We finished our lunch.

After lunch, I was called to the office over the PA. My stomach flip-flopped. I had a bad feeling that I knew what it was about.

I went to the office. I saw Dean Riley, and Rob looking at me.

Rob gave me a bothered look. Dean Riley said, “Mr. Patterson says that you attacked him yesterday after school.”

“No, I didn’t,” I lied.

“Yes, you did!” Rob accused me. Rob reenacted what I did to him. Rob spoke in all of the different voices.

Rob looked crazy pretending to be me! Even Dean Riley looked at Rob with concern.

I gave Rob a sympathetic, uneasy smile. I looked at Rob as if he were nuts! Of course, I knew Rob wasn’t crazy, but I gave him that “smile” to make it seem as if he were.

“Rob, you must have been dreaming. I wasn’t anywhere near you yesterday after school. I was with Rudy in his dorm after school,” I said, calmly, lying through my teeth.

“You liar! You liar!” Rob shouted, pointing at me like a wild man! I saw you with me! You poisoned me!” Rob accused, wildly.

“Fine. If you don’t believe me, ask Rudy himself,” I said, a little cockily.

Dean Riley called Rudy in. Rudy came and Dean Riley asked if I was with him yesterday after school. Rudy looked at me and I begged him with my eyes to say,”Yes.” Rudy said, “Yes, Dave was with me yesterday.”

I smiled at Rudy. Dean Riley said, ‘Rudy, you’re free to go.” Rudy left.

Rob said, ‘They are both liars! Dave was with me yesterday!” Rob looked psychotic!

I began to laugh “uneasily.” “Rob, you’re scaring us. You’re delusional.

Rob said, “I saw you! You gave me a nasty Pepsi! It tasted weird!” He said, emotionally.

“Rob, no more sugar for you,” I said. I gave him a look that looked as if I wanted to run away from him.

Dean Riley said, “Rob, have you had any issues lately?” He looked concerned.

“I’m not crazy! I’m not crazy!” Rob said. Rob did look crazy. “Dave locked me in my closet! George had to get me out.”

“You probably locked yourself in that closet,” I told him.

Rob said, “I’ll call George right now, and he’ll tell you what Dave did to me!” He called George’s cell phone. He talked a little to George. George came over in a little while.

George and Rob spoke to each other. “Yes, I found Rob locked in his closet when I got home. He was also passed out,” George confirmed.

“Do you think that Dave did it?” Dean Riley asked.

“Honestly, I don’t know who did it,” George answered. I doubt that Dave did it, because Dave doesn’t even have a key to get into our PBA house. It’s most likely that Rob locked himself into the closet by accident and then fell asleep,” George reasoned.

I smirked at Rob. Rob told George desperately, “I did NOT lock myself in the closet! It was HIM!” he said, pointing at me like a maniac.

George said, “No more Pepsi for you,” he told Rob quietly. “The caffeine in that drink is really getting to you.” He looked sympathetic and concerned.

Rob said, “Fine. Don’t believe me. But, let me tell you one thing. Nobody believed a teenage girl named Nancy when she was telling them that a serial killer named Freddy was on the loose. That crazy bitch killed all of her friends and even tried to kill her too.”

George said, “That’s it. No more Nightmare on Elm Street movies for you either.” George still looked sympathetic and concerned.

Rob said, “I’m not crazy!” Again. Dean Riley and George looked at Rob with concern.

“Maybe you need therapy,’ Dean Riley suggested softly.

“I don’t need therapy!” Rob yelled. “Only insane people need therapy! I’m sane!” He yelled. He sure didn’t look or sound sane at this point. I smirked a little. Rob was digging his own grave with this behavior.

“No, therapy is to deal with any underlying problems you may have,” Dean Riley said, softly.

“Yes, Robert,” George agreed.

“Robert?” Dean Riley asked.

“Yes?” Rob answered/asked.

“Did you beat up Dave?” dean Riley asked solemnly.

Rob’s eyes held fear in them. “No, Dave beat ME up! He tied me up and beat me up!” He exclaimed emotionally.

George’s eyes held concern. “Dave couldn’t have tied and beat you up. Dave’s too weak and too scared of you to do that. Besides, when I found you, you didn’t have any rope burns on you.” George looked at Rob with pity.

“Are you calling me a liar?” Rob asked George.

George paused a while. Finally, he said, “I’m not calling you a liar. I’m saying that you’re delusional,” George said, pitying Rob.

“I’m not delusional. He poisoned me TWICE! He forced me to drink poison!” Rob looked maniacal.

Dean Riley said, “You know, we have video cameras in student Life. I think you, Rob, would be interested in seeing what we found on these cameras.”

Rob looked scared. “It’s a camera trick! The images on the camera are lies!” He said, frantic.

Dean Riley took out a video tape. “Here’s what the Student Life camera recorded. It has you and Dave on it together. He put the tape in the VCR, and Rob said, “Noooooooooooo!” and lunged at the VCR and pressed Eject and then pulled the film out of the VHS, damaging it.

Dean Riley said, “That looks pretty suspicious to me,” he told Rob.

“I damaged the tape by accident,” Rob said, unconvincingly.

“You know, someone told me that they saw you beating up Dave in Student Life the other day,” Dean Riley said to Rob.

Rob looked scared. “No! That’s a lie! When I beat up Dave in Student Life, there was no one around. We were alone,” Rob said.

“So you admit it. You admit that you beat up Dave!” Dean Riley said.

“I…uh,….” Rob said, with his eyes shifting uncomfortably.

“Would you two excuse us?” Dean Riley said to George and me.

“Sure, we both said. I could have sworn I saw George flash rob a disappointed look and Rob look ashamed of himself.

We left. After school, I ran into George. “You know, Rob is suspended for two months,” George said.

“Yes!” I said in my head happily. Out loud, I said, ‘That sucks for him.”

Inwardly, I was excited! 60 days without Rob beating on me!

Just then, I saw Rob passing us. Rob looked upset.

“Thanks a lot, Dave. I know it was you who attacked me yesterday.” He pointed to me as if hexing me.

George said, “For the last time, Dave did not attack you. You attacked him!” He looked annoyed with Rob.

I smirked at Rob.

“Two months,” Rob said. “I won’t forget this in two months.” Rob looked maniacal.

Rob, go to sleep!” George barked at him. “Tomorrow you will be off this property.”

Rob gave me a bitter look, and then went to the PBA to pack.

I went to my dorm and did my regular routine. The next day, most of the Johnson student body gathered to watch Rob leave Johnson.

“Anybody got anything to say to Rob before he leaves for a while?” dean riley asked.

Inside, I was bursting with happy energy that he was leaving. I gave Rob a slight smirk. “Bye, Robert. Take care of yourself,” I said, softly.

Part 4

Rob said, “Bye, dave. And remember, two months.” He looked a little crazy. “I won’t forget,” he told me, with just a touch of sinister.

His parents came to pick him up, and I waved goodbye to Rob. He waved back, and mouthed, “two months.” The car drove off.

Man, I was free for two months! I went to classes, happy as hell! Rob wouldn’t hit me for two months!

George wouldn’t hit me either, since he was indebted to me.

April 20th, 2004. I didn’t want that date to come, as that would be the day that Rob would be off of suspension.

“It’s only February 20th,Dave, “I thought to myself. “That date is two months away,” I continued thinking. I decided to live in the moment.

I felt so free. I was no longer being shunned for being gay, and my worst enemy would be miles away from me.

But, Rob is coming back, an inner voice told me. You’d better get ready for him.

I signed up for some self-defense classes that Johnson was offering on campus, and went every day. I learned Karate, and how to defend myself. I became stronger, and could fight Rob without using rope.

I hung out with my 8 friends, and they realized how much happier I looked without Rob breathing down my neck. I hung out with Max too, and he noticed how much happier I looked too. He looked happy to see how happy I looked.

Damn, two months flew by quickly.

April 20th came by way too fast. I couldn’t believe it was April 20th already. Rob was coming back home today. I wished for a time machine that would send us back in time two months. But, alas, it hasn't been invented yet. I didn't want Rob back.

I had asked a few days ago for a restraining order for Rob, but first we had to both go to court to get the restraining order.

In two hours, Rob came back, and Dean Riley explained the restraining order to him and Dean Riley made a last minute appointment at court, and we went. Dean Riley told Rob that if he didn’t agree and sign the restraining order, he would be expelled. So, Rob and I both signed the restraining order. The restraining order stated that Rob had to stay at least 100 feet away from me or he’d be thrown in jail.

We went back to Johnson. At Johnson, I still felt uneasy. I didn’t know if Rob would violate the order to beat me up.

I watched some T.V. I watched Spongebob Squarepants. I watched an episode called, “The Camping Episode.” In that episode, Squidward says, “Are you crazy? A dirt circle isn’t going to stop that maniac from attacking!” When Spongebob and Patrick draw a circle to protect themselves from a searhinocerous. I wondered if an order would stop a certain maniac from attacking me. This wasn’t the best episode for me to watch at the time. Though the circle DID protect them from being attacked.

Over the days, Rob couldn’t come near my dorm or any of my classes. He had to change lunches too so that we wouldn’t be in the same lunch. I had to stay away from the PBA.

On May 10th, I was in the gym doing some homework after school. I looked up and saw Rob!

“Rob, what are you doing here? You’re violating the order!” I exclaimed/asked.

Rob said, “I don’t care about the order!” He pushed me. “Do you remember February 18th?” He asked me with a nasty smile. “You hit me. I didn’t forget. Now I’m going to get you back 100 times as hard!” he threatened.

“Please God,” I said, scared.

“This is God!” He said, punching me hard in my stomach! I tried to run, but Rob stepped in front of me and pushed me to the ground.

“God, help me fight this devil,” I prayed silently. I put faith in God that he would help me fight Rob.

All of a sudden, I remembered my training from self-defense classes! I got up and kicked Rob in his stomach! Then I punched Rob in his face and then pushed him to the ground. I kicked major ass! I was just like Alice Johnson in Nightmare on Elm Street 4, when she did some martial arts on Freddy and kicked his ass! I kept hitting Rob and I tried my best not to let Rob hit me.

Rob did get some licks in. He hit me on the side of my head, twice. My head hurt, but I didn’t give up! I hit Rob even harder. I even bit Rob in his arm!

“Ouch!” Rob screamed loudly. He smacked me upside my head.

Rob and I soon were rolling around, throwing blows to each other. Rob and I fought each other very violently. Soon, Dean Riley came in.

“Hey, break it up you two!” He screamed. He took us off of each other and stood in the middle of us. Dean Riley called 911 for Rob. “You were warned not to come close to Dave,” Dean Riley said, sternly. Rob looked troubled.

In a few minutes, police came by and handcuffed Rob. Rob was put in a police car, and George said, “Rob, it’s a shame.” He shook his head.

Rob said, “Screw you, George Anderson! And, go fu yourself, Dave Winston!” He was pissed.

“Bye, bye, jailbird!” I told Rob! Dean Riley said, “Rob, I hope you learned a lesson from all of this. Bye, son.”

The car drove off.

I was glad that Rob was going to jail. I would be free again.

George looked at me. “I’m sorry for beating on you,” he said, earnestly.

“Apology accepted,” I said.

One week later, Dean Riley drove me to the Jacksonville Correctional Facility for Juveniles. He said it would be good for me to visit Rob in jail. I felt uneasy. At the JCFJ, Rob and I spoke through a window and a phone.

“Why are you always hitting me? Why do you always beat me?” I asked him.

“Because you’re an easy target,” Rob said. “You’re an easy punch bag. Well, at least you were,” Rob continued. “Now you become this kick-ass fighter.”

I said, “I never hurt you before. Why didn’t you pick on other people besides me? I’m not the only easy punch bag at school,” I said.

Rob said, “Because you never fought back. You actually let me hit you. It was fun hitting you.”

“Rob, it’s just us. What’s the real reason you’re always hitting me? Do you hate me?” I asked him.

“No, it’s not hate,” he told me. I told you, I hit you because you were an easy punch bag. It’s fun.” I had a feeling that Rob was hiding something. Something didn’t seem right about Rob’s answers.

“Do you have homosexual feelings for me?” I asked Rob.

He looked at me in shock. “Why do you ask me that?” He asked me.

“Because you seem very interested in hitting only ME. Though there are plenty of other “punch bags” that you can hit.” I told him.

“George used to hit you also. Go ask George if he has gay feelings for you too,” Rob said. He sounded a little defensive.

Too. Did anyone else besides me hear the word “too”?

I said, “You seemed very adamant about stopping the gay rights protest. Were you afraid of being ridiculed?” I asked.

“Ridiculed for what?” Rob asked.

"For being gay," I said, softly.

Rob said, “I’m not gay. I just loved that control I had over you. You were so weak, and I so owned you.”

Owned me. Like I was his bitch. I found it hard to admit it, but I think that Rob was obsessed with me. Come on, violating the restraining order and risking jail just to beat me up. OBSESSED!

“Rob, you’re obsessed with me,” I said, softly. “I think deep down, you actually like me in that way, but you’re scared to admit it.”

“No, I don’t like you that way,” Rob said.

“When was the last time you had a girlfriend?” I asked him softly. I was trying to decipher him.

“I dated Alex two years ago,” Rob told me softly. “We broke up in two months.” He looked a little sad.

“What was Alex’s full name?” I asked. I knew that Alex was a neutral gender name.

Rob looked at me a little sharply. “What do you think?! Alexandra!” Rob answered snappily.

“Sure it wasn’t Alexander?” I asked him softly.

Rob looked at the ground. “That’s none of your business,” he said, softly.

“Rob, it’s okay to be gay,” I told him softly. “It’s not a shame. I’m gay, and they aren’t shunning us anymore.”

Rob said, ‘I’m not gay. My date was a girl named Alexandra. “Denial. I thought.

“Okay, even if you’re not gay, why do you push me to the ground and then jump on me?” I asked.

“Because it’s fun,” Rob answered.

“Hmm.” I said out loud.

“Hmm” what?” Rob asked.

“So, slamming my head on the floor is “fun” too, huh?” I asked.

“Yeah,” Rob said. “I like being rough.”

“Are you sure you aren’t expressing some repressed sexual feelings towards me when you beat me up?” I asked.

“No,” Rob said. I still thought Rob was in denial.

“Well, watch your back and don’t drop the soap,” I told him, with a wink.

“Thanks, Dave,” he said.

Dean Riley and I soon left.

When we got back to Johnson, I went to my dorm. I slept for a few hours. When I awoke, it was dinner time.

I went into the dining hall and ate some chicken, fries, and an orange soda. After that, I was full and wanted to go to sleep again, but I felt I needed to peek into Rob’s head. I once again snuck into the PBA while George was at an all night camping trip.

Part 5

I went snooping around rob’s room and found his diary. I read it. It read, “”February 18th. Dave poisoned me and tied me to a chair and beat the hell out of me. Damn, Dave can fight. He’s not the easy pushover he was before. Damn, beating up Dave was fun. It was kind of like foreplay, no?"

Foreplay? Hmm, I thought.

I read some book pages. February 15th." I beat up Dave again. Dave can’t fight for sh.... I actually LIKE Dave in that way, but I hit him so that he won’t suspect it. Dave’s actually a sweet guy, but I can’t go tell him that I like him, or people will think I’m a freak. Besides, I don’t even want to be gay, even though I know I am. It’s tearing me apart. Maybe I can pull this “I’m straight” charade longer. I’m so confused. I don’t know what to do. But I know that no one suspects I’m really gay."

I was shocked, but not surprised, if that makes any sense.

Rob likes me! At least I finally know why he only beats on me.

I put Rob’s stuff back, and left the PBA house.

I went back to my own dorm. I went to sleep again.

When I awoke, I got ready for the day and at school I did some assignments.

I ran into George and asked, “George, has Rob ever had…um?”

“What? George asked.

“A boyfriend?” I asked.

George looked at me in surprise. “No. Are you implying that he is gay?” George asked.

“No, not really,” I said, obviously lying.

“Do you think that Rob is gay?” He asked me.

“Don’t you find it strange that he ONLY hits me?” I asked.

“I used to ONLY hit you too,” George said.

“Yeah, but you were never as hard as Rob is,” I said.

“I don’t think that Rob is gay,” George said. “We used to beat you up because you were a wuss, no offense.”

Hmm. Okay,” I said.

I went through my classes. A few days later, Rob was back.

“Rob, what are you doing here?” I asked him.

“I’m out on good behavior,” Rob answered with a smile.

I gave him a nervous smile. I backed away from him.

Rob stepped in front of me. “Where you going, baby?” He asked me sarcastically.

I started running! Rob “liked” me, and he beat me up to cover up the fact that he likes me.

I ran and didn’t even know where I was running to. When I looked up, I saw that I had run to Student Life!

I turned around, and Rob was right behind me!

“Hey, Rob,” I said nervously. Rob said, “Long time no see.”

I decided to do something risky. I kissed Rob on the mouth! I wanted to see what he would do. I could have sworn that I felt Rob kiss me back.

In about 30 seconds, I backed away. Rob looked surprised.

“Why did you do that?” Rob asked, pretending not to know.

Either I gave Rob the kiss of death or I just wished for a death wish. I just kissed my mortal enemy!

“I know that you like me that way,” I said softly.

Rob said, “That’s a lie!” indignantly.

“Then why’d you kiss me back?” I asked.

“No, I didn’t kiss you back,” he said, unconvincingly.

I sighed. “Look, Rob, you like negotiating, right?” I stated/asked. Rob was a consummate negotiator.

“Yes, I do,” Rob said.

“Well, I’ve got a deal for you. Are you interested?” I asked.

“What is it?” Rob asked, sounding slightly interested.

“I won’t tell anyone that we kissed if you never beat me up again,” I negotiated.

Rob asked,” Anything else?”

“I won’t tell anyone about “Alexandra”, if you don’t beat me up anymore,” I said.

Rob said, “Deal.” We shook hands and made a truce.

We left student Life. I was happy. I had an ally with George and a truce with Rob. Damn, I was excited.

I went home. I did my regular routine. I went to sleep and then woke up the next morning and got ready for the day.

In school, I did my assignments, and at lunch, Rob was nowhere to be found. He was avoiding me.

I ate lunch, perplexed. I did more classes.

After school, I saw Rob! Rob looked at me and ran away.

Okay, that was weird, I thought.

I followed him.

“Why are you avoiding me?” I asked him when I caught up to him.

“I don’t want people suspecting that I like you,” Rob said.

“Aha! You admit it!” I said, triumphantly.

“Yes, Rob said, his head low. “Don’t tell anybody. I’ll never beat you up again if you promise me you’ll never tell.” Rob looked pleadingly at me.

“We already have a truce,” I told him. “I’m not going to tell anyone,” I promised him.

“Okay,” he said, relieved.

“Rob, I forgive everything you did to me,” I told him. But, no more hitting me. Promise me,” I continued.

“I promise,” Rob said.

I wondered if Rob needed therapy to deal with being gay. Maybe he needed to talk to a professional about his feelings.

I went to George Green’s office. George Green is our counselor. We could talk to him about our problems.

“Hi, Mr. Green,” I said to him.

“Hi, Dave,” he said. “Wanna talk about anything?” He asked me.

“Yes, I do,” I started.

“Talk,” he said.

“I have a friend who’s gay, and seems repressed,” I said.

“Dave, come on, we all know you’re gay.” He tilted his head with a knowing smile. “So you’re “friend” is really you,” he continued.

“No, it’s someone else, I promise,” I said.

“Okay,” Mr. Green said.

“The thing is, he hits the person who he likes, a lot, to compensate” I said, looking at the ground.

“Oh, is this person Rob Patterson?” he asked me knowingly.

“I plead the fifth,” I said, shyly.

“I’ll talk to him,” he said, reassuringly.

I thanked him and left.

In a few hours, Rob came up to me. “So, you told Mr. Green that I was gay,” he said softly. We had a deal.”

“I didn’t tell him you were gay,” I said.

“How’d he know I was gay, then?” Rob asked.

“I didn’t say your name,” I said.

“You sure?” Rob asked.

“Yes,” I said.

Rob said, “Okay.”

He left.

I went through my day.

The next day, I saw Max and hugged him. “Hey, baby,” he said happily.

“Hey,” I said.

Max asked, “How’s everything g going?”

“I’m fine,” I replied.

I realized that I had not been spending enough time with my boyfriend. I asked Max if I could come to his dorm later tonight. He said, “Sure,”, and we chatted some more.

The school day was slightly uneventful. Rob basically stayed away from me.

At night, I went over to Max’s dorm, and we made out on his bed. I love my boyfriend, even though we went through a rough patch a few months ago. Max went behind my back and signed an anti-gay protest petition. I was furious with him and we had a fight, and Max ran away. When I realized we weren’t together, I cried uncontrollably and called his cell phone and begged him to come back home and told him I missed him and loved him. He came back shortly.

“I love you, Max,” I told him between kisses.

“I love you too, Dave” he said, and kissed me more. I slept over all night. When we awoke, we rushed to get ready for school.

This school day was kind of uneventful too. I did assignments.

At night, I was walking to the dining hall for dinner. I saw Rob go into room 28 with a huge bag. I secretly spied on him. He took out a bottle of Alize and drank straight from the bottle. Rob looked happy while he was drinking the Alize!

He finished the whole bottle! I was shocked! Rob finished a 40 ounce bottle by himself!

Rob looked guilty, but pleased at the same time! Rob then threw away the bottle, and took out another bottle of rum! He drank that whole bottle too! It was a 40 ounce bottle too! Rob still looked happy downing the drink! After he drank the bottle, he had that same guilty/happy expression. He threw the bottle away too.

Rob soon looked disoriented. Rob stumbled out of the door. I tried to run, but he saw me. Rob looked at me, and then threw up on the floor! It was gross! But, I decided to take care of Rob.

Rob looked ready to throw up again, so I rushed him to the nearest bathroom. He retched right in the urinal! I held Rob’s head as he did this, as he retched his guts out.

“Just leave me here, Dave,” he said, looking weak.

“Rob, why’d you drink 80 ounces of alcohol?” I asked him.

“I just wanted some fun,” Rob replied.

Rob vomited again. I held his head again.

“I love you, Dave!” He slurred after he finished vomiting. Awkward! I thought. “Come on, we’re going to give you some home comfort,” I said.

I dragged Rob to my dorm and gave him some crackers I had and I gave him some microwaved soup and water.

Rob looked like hell after downing 80 ounces.

Rob got up and sang, “Do da do, do da da, that’s all I have to say to you,” then he laughed giddily.

Rob passed out.

“Oh my god! Rob!” I said. I picked Rob up and put him on my bed, and tucked him in under my blanket.

Then I laid next to him to go to sleep. I guess that’s what they mean by, “Sleeping with the enemy.” Ha ha, I am so corny.

I hoped that Rob was all right. I soon went to sleep too.

Part 6! The Final part! :D

This is the final part! :greenD: Thank you guys for reading! :greenD:

When I woke up, Rob was still sleeping. Today was a Saturday, and I got ready for the day.

When I was done, Rob woke up. “Ow, my head hurts,” he moaned, rubbing his head. I gave him some food, and then some aspirin with water.

Rob looked at me bewildered. “Why am I in your bed?” He asked me suspiciously. “You poisoned me again and brought me here!” he accused me angrily. “You sick bitch!” He hissed at me.

“Rob, do you remember drinking 80 ounces of alcohol yesterday?” I asked him softly.

Rob paused, and then I saw a light in his eyes. “Oh my god. Please don’t tell anyone. I couldn’t stop drinking. I didn’t WANT to stop drinking,” Rob confessed.

“Rob, are you an alcoholic?” I asked him, concerned.

“No,” he said. He looked at the ground.

“So this was your first time?” I asked him.

Rob looked at the ground. I took that as a “no.”

“Rob, how many times have you gotten “wasted”? I asked.

“Only three times,” Rob said. “If anyone found out that I was a drinker, I’d be impeached from the PBA. The thing is, drinking is fun for me. I know it’s bad, but I still do it.”

“Rob, are you going to hit me?” I asked him.

“No,” Rob said.

“Then, I think you should stop with the drinking. Drinking is bad for your liver and kidneys,” I told him.

“I already know it’s bad, but I like it,” Rob answered. He looked tortured.

“You wanna go to an AA meeting?” I asked him.

“I’m not an alcoholic!” Rob said, defensively. “I only got wasted three times!” He said, defensively.

“That’s three times too many,” I told Rob softly.

Rob said, “Okay, I’ll go to an AA meeting.”

“When was the first time you got “wasted”? I asked.

“It was right after Alex broke up with me. I hit the bottle hard to cope with the sadness and emptiness I felt,” Rob said. He looked sad again.

“You really liked Alex, didn’t you?” I stated.

“Yeah,” Rob said, looking at the ground. “Alexander was like a really wanted gift,” Rob reminiscenced , and lamented at the same time.

“You said “Alexander,” I pointed out.

Rob looked at me sheepishly. “Okay, it was a boy named Alexander. Please don’t tell,” he begged me pleadingly.

“Do you still miss him?” I asked.

“Yes,” Rob answered.

Rob paused for a while. “Thanks for taking care of me. You were there when I was retching my guts out in the bathroom and you fed me and let me sleep in your bed, even after I fu…. You up.” He sounded grateful.

I looked at Rob intently. “You’re welcome, Rob,” I said.

We spent the day chatting and watching T.V. Rob was actually a nice guy when he wasn’t beating me up or taunting me.

I couldn’t believe that this was the same Rob who had attacked me a few days ago. I guess Rob’s immediate “after-waste” made Rob actually kind of nice.

I wouldn’t forget how he beat me unfairly or when he tried to force me off of a roof, however.

Over the days, Rob was very nice to me. He went to some AA meetings and talked to George Green about his homosexuality. Rob was a happier, nicer person.

But, June 12th, I caught Rob drinking again. This time, it was behind the PBA house I couldn’t believe it. I took the bottle out of his hands and let it drop to the ground. It broke and alcohol spilled and glass shattered.

“Rob, you’ve come a long way. Don’t start drinking now,” I begged him.

“It was just a little drink,” Rob said, petulantly.

“You were drinking straight from the bottle!” I yelled emotionally. “Now, are you going to tell me that you weren’t going to drink the whole bottle?” I asked him, knowingly.

Rob looked ashamed. “I was. But it was only going to be one bottle.”

“Then one more, and then one more, and then one more,” I told him wryly. “You’re an alcoholic!” I accused him emotionally.

“I am not an alcoholic! I just drink for fun!” Rob said, defensively again.

“How would Dean Riley like to know that the PBA president is an alcoholic?” I asked Rob, wryly.
“Shut up,” Dave!” He yelled at me defensively. “You’re a hypocrite! You stole money to support your cocaine addiction, you ex-cokehead! Why don’t I tell the school that you used to be a cocaine addict and a thief?”

“You wouldn’t! I said, shakily.

“Don’t tell anyone that I have a drinking problem and I won’t,” Rob negotiated.

I reluctantly agreed.

I didn’t tell anyone about Rob’s drinking problem, and Rob didn’t tell anyone that I used to be a cocaine addict.

George was my ally and I had a truce with Rob. I was happy.

On July 2, we went to a picnic field trip for July 4th. Since we would be on a school break for July 4th, we celebrated two days earlier.

We were having fun, playing basketball and baseball and playing catch.

Soon, it was lunch time, and I was eating hot dogs, French fries, and eating potato chips. I was drinking orange soda. A homeless man stared at our food with hungry, lusty, eyes. He was rail-thin and looked as if he would faint if not fed. He begged 10 students for food, and they told him “no,” and kept eating.

Then he came up to me. “Please, young man, can I have some food? I’m starving,” he begged me pleadingly.

Hmm, I thought. I could easily get more of this food when I went back to Johnson at the dining hall. But he needed this food now and didn’t have Johnson’s good food to go home to.

I said, “Sure. Just let me take one more bite of this hot dog, and then I will give you the rest of my food.”

He said, “Sure.” I took one last bite of my hot dog and gave him the rest of my food and my orange soda. He looked at me as if I had just given him gold. He hungrily ate my food and gulped down the soda.

He looked a lot better after eating. He thanked me, and I welcomed him.

I was soon playing Frisbee with Rodney, and I saw the homeless guy stealing half-eaten leftover food of off plates! He was hungrily gobbling the food down, and I felt extremely bad for him. I came up to him and tapped him on the shoulder.

He turned around and looked ashamed of himself. “I’m sorry,” he said. “It’s just that I haven’t gotten good food in a while before today. I don’t know when I’ll have good food again.” He lowered his head.

I was filled with compassion for him. I have a weakness. My weakness is that I cannot leave people in trouble. I always try to help them out.

I pulled out a $100.00 bill and gave it to him. “Go buy yourself a week of good food from McDonald’s. You can eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert from there for a week,” I told him, compassionately.

He gratefully accepted the money and looked at me as if I were his savior. “God bless you,” he said, gratefully. He left, happy.

Evan said, “I wouldn’t have given him the $100.00. I would have bought Nikes with it for myself.”

“That’s pretty selfish,” I said to him. “You’d rather by yourself Nikes than get this poor bum fed?” I asked him, incredulous.

“You don’t even know if he’s really going to buy food with that money. He could be an alcoholic, and buy $100.00 worth of alcohol,” Evan scoffed.

I saw Rob look around uncomfortably when he heard the word, “alcoholic”.

I answered, “Well, I know that I gave him the money for a good cause,” I scoffed.

Evan left.

Soon, Rob came up to me and said, “You’re a really nice guy. And you really are a savior. Max is lucky to have you as a boyfriend.” He smiled at me.

I smiled back at him. I saw no trace of the guy who used to beat me up and verbally abuse me Rob had really become nice. I smiled to myself.

A few days later, I ran into Alexander. Don’t tell Max this, but Alexander was a HOT boy. He was tanned and muscular with gorgeous full lips, beautiful brown hair, and gorgeous, warm, brown eyes.

Alex said that he used to be a student here and was back to visit his old school.

When Alex and Rob saw each other, I could see true happiness in Rob’s eyes. They chatted for a while, and Alex and Rob spent the night in Rob’s room.

The next day, Rob told me that he and Rob were back together. Rob looked excited. Alex was excited too.

George found a girlfriend at our sister school named Sarah. They were really happy together.

Rob went to a lot more AA meetings, and soon decided to quit drinking permanently. He talked a lot more to Mr. Green about his homosexuality, and learned to embrace his homosexual personality, and not to be scared of it or repress it. He came out at Johnson and was accepted, not shunned.

Rob had changed 180 degrees for the better, and all I had had to do was talk to him, understand him, and help him out.

Rob and Alex became long-distance boyfriends, but they made it work out. It was obvious that they had missed each other.

As for me, Rob recommunicated me into the PBA and I was allowed to be the back up president in case Rob or George got hurt or anything. I remained happy and free, as George and rob had both permanently agreed to not hit me again. And Max and I are still going strong.

The end.

Thank you guys for reading my story! :D
